Did you notice that our team has grown? We want to make sure you have every need met and we want you to know that our customer service team and delivery team is growing. In an effort to make sure that your phone calls are answered, orders are processed and delivered as usual we have added experienced team members to the Norwalk Vault Company (Sutton) team.
What this means for you:
• Phones, Orders, etc. - Jackie is still your main contact but if she is not available we want you to know that Edith, Amanda & Doreen will be available to take your orders and answer any questions you may have. You may reach them at the following extensions:
• Field Service - Most of you have already met or talked to manager, Rob Petrowski, who with the rest of the NVC- Sutton team will continue to be available to assist you with all your deliveries and installations. You may reach Rob at ext. 702 or firstname.lastname@example.org

All invoicing will continue to be sent on a bi-weekly schedule (for now) and Statements will be sent monthly. You will notice that the forms have a new logo but will contain all the same information.
